Pursuant to the requirements of the Special District Control Act, Section 32-1-201, et seq., Colorado Revised Statutes, this Service Plan consists of a financial analysis and an engineering plan showing how the proposed facilities and services of the proposed Broomfield Town Square Metropolitan District No. 2 (the “District”) will be provided and financed.
